Danielle Roberts
Legal Assistant
Danielle is a Legal Assistant with Workplace Legal. Danielle works closely with Workplace Legal attorneys on all phases of employment law matters, from preparing subpoenas and filing pleadings to managing discovery files, creating complex damages calculations spreadsheets, and assisting on trial preparation projects. Danielle also plays a key role in the firm’s HR Audits, Infrastructure & Strategy practice, assisting on HR audits and drafting employee handbooks and other core HR infrastructure policies and agreements. In addition, Danielle assists the Firm’s Managing Shareholder on critical administrative projects like new client onboarding and client billing.
Prior to joining the Firm, Danielle worked as a Cost Manager for a national commercial construction firm. In that role, Danielle collaborated with General Contractors, project managers, engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to develop scopes of work, budgets, and contract documents for projects in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Seattle.
